General Labour Jobs in Oman with Work Visa 2025 – Immediate Joining

The Oman Service of Labor has released Choice No. 452/2025, which temporarily stops the giving of work permits to people from far away, especially for jobs, for six months. This choice is based on Illustrious Declare No. 53/2023 and the Service of Labor’s rules for commercial licenses, which are in line with Choice No. 180/2022 and stop giving out commercial permits for hiring remote workers in certain jobs.

According to Article 1 of this choice, business licenses will not be given out for non-Omani workers in private division education for the jobs listed in the attachment of this choice for six months. However, Article 2 says that even though Article 1 says certain things can’t happen, work permits can still be given to foreigners who are applying for registered jobs in the Sultanate of Oman as long as they want to return or trade services with someone in Oman.
